Refund policy

At Quelvio Shop, every jersey is custom-made for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for size or style preference.

That said, we want every customer to be satisfied, so we will offer a refund or free replacement jersey in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items

You are eligible for a return or replacement or refund if:

The item received is with a manufacturing defect or are incorrect.

The size delivered is not the size you ordered.

Shipping Costs

If the error is on our side (wrong item, defect, incorrect size), we will cover all replacement shipping costs.

If you refuse/miss delivery or provide an incorrect address, shipping costs/product costs cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hour of purchase, or if the order has not yet entered production (at our discretion).

As each item is made especially for you, we’re unable to cancel the order once it has gone into production.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or store credit within 5–7 business days.

If preferred, we can send a replacement jersey at no extra cost.

-The refund amount only includes the value of the product and does not include shipping costs.
-Example: If you buy a shirt from our store for $20 and the shipping fee is $5, the refund amount will be $20.
-If you buy a shirt from our store for $20 and get free shipping, the refund amount will be $20.
